SPACES ON HOLD POLICY

• All holds will have a deadline of 7 days please check with your account manager for extensions

PAYMENT:

• Down payment of 20% from the total amount of the invoice to secure the spaces after the confirmation of the tour.
• The balance has to be deposited at the latest 60 days before the departure.

CANCELLATIONS AND PENALTY

• All Cancellations must be done in writing.
• If a cancellation is received more than 121 days prior to tour departure date a penalty of 10% of the total tour will be retained as cancellation fee.
• If a cancellation is received between 120 days and 61 days prior to tour departure date 20% of the total tour will be forfeited.
• For a cancellation received less than 60 days prior to boat departure full tour cost will be retained.
