Cruise testimonials
Hi Fernanda,
Its good to hear from you. Im so sorry we werent able to get to meet you when we were in Quito. We found out later that you left a message but we did not get the message until it was too late.
We had a wonderful time on our trip! Everything went very well for us.
The Jespersens had some problems I know, but as far as our family, it went great. As for the accommodations, they were all really wonderful, all of our transfers were on time and our guides were very knowledgeable and very courteous. Especially Janet (Yanet?) in Cuzco, She was a great guide!
We loved both countries and the two areas were so different that it made a nice and very interesting contrast.
Again, you did a wonderful job planning it for us and I enjoyed working with you. We will definitely recommend your company to our friends.
Sincerely,
Donna, Jack and Meggie Greenbaum

Hi Christian,
I wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. Service had been excellent all along, starting with our e-mails, the airport transfers, and the cruise itself. The only snag was when our left luggage was not at the Swissotel when we checked in, but you were very helpful in resolving that. I must say that you were very prompt in replying to my numerous e-mails, and definitely very helpful.
The cruise was very organized, very punctual in all excursions, excellent service, very informative and a lot of fun. I will highly recommend the cruise and your service to others. Thanks for making this cruise a very successful part of our vacation.
