Thank you so much for an absolutely fantastic trip. It was all that we could have hoped for and much, much more besides. The arrangements that you at Haugan made for us were excellent in every way, from being met at Quito Airport through to our eventual departure. Your attention to detail was superb:

Xavier was smart, punctual and particularly obliging - a great front man for your company.

The MV Millennium was extremely comfortable and well-run, indeed it was exactly as described in your literature. There was not another boat around the Galapagos Islands that came close in terms of comfort and style. Please pass on our grateful thanks to a first-rate captain and crew (the chef deserves special praise for the fine food). Miguel, our guide, was most professional in everything he did (may we recommend that you use him whenever he is available?). Although the air-conditioning in the bar/restaurant area was not working, it did not spoil our enjoyment.

Finally, Christian, may I thank you for the time and effort that you put in to ensure the success of our holiday. Haugan is not a company that I had heard of (I found you by chance on the Internet). however. I would love to travel with you again and will be delighted to recommend you to others without any reservation.
