Byron Zabala is the head purchasing manager of Haugan Cruises and La Selva Amazon Ecolodge & Spa. He began his career working side jobs on the weekends at the Shortond Grill Restaurant where afterwards he took his first steps in the Food and Beverage area. From there Byron began to work in other hotels and restaurants including Sake Restaurant with a passion for working according to detail, moving on to Group Iron and Rincón Mediterráneo restaurants.
